WARNING! All stories located in the sub-pages under WWG, are "Harry Potter"-series bashing stories. They are there because they go with the theme of my Wizarding World Goals, which is me expressing my displeasure with the series. Since I not only separated them from the rest of my stories, but also tried to warn you about them, do not complain to me that I'm making petty bashing stories. They are more for my own delight, maybe even for the delight of others who share in my opinion, nothing personal in any way. WARNING!

Goals:
- Secrecy
o Oaths taken by non-magical parents when it is revealed that their child is magical
o Oaths taken by magicals who have intentions of living in/visiting the non-magical world
- Children Safety
o Once a non-magical-raised child is declared magical, ministry visits are mandatory
o If a child is abused, by non-magical or magical, they will be taken by Social Services and most-likely placed in an
orphanage/home
o Orphanage/Home for magical children
o Blood samples of each new magical orphan will be taken to find family in the magical world, in hopes that they can be taken in
by the magical relative(s)
o Background checks are mandatory for relative(s) hoping to take in a blood-related child(ren)
- Primary/Elementary School Education
o Magical day schools are built and introduced to the Wizarding World, where all magical children alike may attend to learn the
non-magical basics before entering Hogwarts, Beauxbatons, Durmstrang, etc.
§ Classes taught: Mathematics, Grammar/Lit., Wizarding World History, Geography, Basic Health, Basic Magical Theory etc.
§ Offered classes: Basic Muggle Studies, Science, Muggle History, etc.
§ Recommended classes: Wizarding Etiquette, Wizarding Culture, etc.
o Parents of First Generation Magical children are offered the option of sending their children to a magical day school after their
first bout of accidental magic
§ Only the essential non-magical subjects will be taught at this school and the child can be registered for more ‘Muggle’-based
classes on request of the parent
§ Both Non-Magical and Wizarding World history is taught along with Geography
§ Wizarding etiquette is not a required class but is a recommended subject
o Parents of First Generation Magical children are offered the option of their child being visited by a magical tutor who will teach
them of the Wizarding World
§ This tutor may also become a permanent tutor over the seven years of magical schooling if the parents decide to keep their
child in the non-magical world but would like their child to learn to control their magic
o Parents of Magical children are offered the option of their child being visited by a magical tutor who will teach them of the Non-Magical World and several non-magical subjects [Mathematics, Geography, etc.]
o Parents of First Generation Magical children are offered the option of having their child’s magic safely bound so that they may
remain in the non-magical world without magical training
§ Parents and child are obliviated of their short lived knowledge of the Wizarding World if the child’s magic is safely bound
o Magical Non-Human children may also attend these magical day schools
§ Alternative option is for the child to have a tutor, permanent or otherwise
- Integration of First Generation Magicals into Wizarding World
o Traditional holidays and events of the Wizarding World are the official holidays and events held at magical schools [this is why I should read the books and not just rely on the movies. I read Harry Potter fanfiction, mainly because there's so much of it, even after I've read all I can of the other fandoms I'm in. But because I haven't read all the books, I can never be sure what's in the books and what's a fandom trope. But then I decided to just look that up. Apparently, Potheads like making the Wizarding World complex and anal. Like the fact that Wizards celebrate the same holidays as us, and there was never a mention of Wizarding versions of "Muggle Holidays" (i.e. Samhain instead of Halloween, Yule instead of Christmas, etc.). Or that wards, marriage contracts, and magical guardians aren't really a thing...yeah. Fans have pretty much fudged up facts to the point that what's canon and what's fanon is a blurred line that can only be solved by close re-reading of the text (with notes).]
o Clubs are created and introduced to Magical schools where F. G. Magicals can mingle and celebrate their own non-magical traditions
- Magical Non-Humans
o Magical Non-Humans are given same rights as Magicals
o Magical Non-Humans may attend magical schools and receive work in the Wizarding World
o Magical Non-Humans must identify themselves as Magical Non-Humans so that certain precautions can be made
§ Werewolves are provided monthly Wolfsbane; Vampires are provided weekly packages of stored and preserved blood; etc.
§ This identification will only appear on records for medical and supply reasons. They will not be publicly identified
o Magical Non-Humans will not be listed on a registry
§ Identification is not registration. Identification will be a status written out on a person’s records (ex, Status: Non-Magical
Human; Status:Magical Human; Status: Werewolf; Status: Magic-Capable Werewolf; etc.). Registration is a registry in which all
werewolves or all vampires, etc., are listed. Registration will become an act against the law, in which the punishment is imprisonment
o Making and Distributing of supplies for Magical Non-Humans will be controlled by the Duracian Government/Dragon
Riders/D.R.A.G.O.N.S.
o Making and Distributing of supplies for Magical Non-Humans will be controlled by Persephone Inc./Persephone “Percy” E. Jackson/The Madness
o Making and Distributing of supplies for Magical Non-Humans will be controlled by employees under oath to not contaminate
the supplies
- F. G. Magicals/Magical Blood
o Understanding that FGMs are mistreated by Non-Magical parents that fear or do not understand magic, just as Magical Bloods
are mistreated by Magical parents that feel ashamed or disgusted by their inability to perform magic
o There are two types of human, Magical and Non-Magical, and they come from the same ancestors. This results in changes of
their cores when inbreeding occurs within each type of human. The inbreeding of Magicals causing the cores of offspring to be overwhelmed and shut down, in which case a Magical Blood is born. The inbreeding of Non-Magicals causing the cores of
offspring to develop until a buildup of magic allows for performance of magic, in which case a FGM is born. Interbreeding results
in continued generations of Magicals, but returning to the act of inbreeding will cause loss of magical ability in both cases: each
new generation breeding with either only Magicals or only Non-Magicals
o Eventually, continued inbreeding among the Mundanes will result in lost and gain of magic throughout generations
o Inbreeding in this context is the breeding between those of similar magical build. Interbreeding in this context is the breeding of
those with contrasted magical build. Classic inbreeding, in which those of close familial relations (incest) conceive offspring,
results in increased risk of infertility, birth defects like cleft palates, heart conditions, facial asymmetry, low birth weight, slow
growth rate, neonatal mortality, and the chance of passing on conditions known as autosomal recessive disorders—conditions
that are inherited through recessive genes, including cystic fibrosis, sickle cell anemia, and albinism
- “Magic Is Might” Statue/Overall view of Non-Magicals
o The “Magic Is Might” statue found in the Ministry of Magic after the takeover was an insult to humanity, for even though manufactured by Death Eaters in another timeline, many wizards believe themselves above their non-magic-wielding brethren. Though magic can be seen as an advantage over Non-Magicals who lack the ability to perform magic, it does not make Magicals superior over Non-Magicals, especially not in the way the statue depicts. Just as Non-Magicals can fear the unknown that is magic, Magicals will find themselves at a loss if stripped of their magic. Both types of humans should be seen as equals as both would find it difficult to live in the others’ world
o Though the traditions and cultures of Non-Magicals do not have to be embraced by Magicals (also vice versa), it would be
beneficial to study and understand the ways of Non-Magicals and to view them as intellectual equals
o Non-Magicals are not lesser beings, but humans with magical cores so dormant that they are practically nonexistent
- Education in Secondary Schools/Higher Education
o Current Classes Offered at Hogwarts: Transfiguration, Charms, Astronomy, Potions, Herbology, Defense Against the Dark Arts, History of Magic, Flying. Extracurricular Classes: Care of Magical Creatures, Divination, Ancient Runes, Arithmancy
o New Essential Subjects: Transfiguration, Charms, Basic Potions, Basic Herbology, Defense, History of Magic, Mathematics,
Literature/Rhetoric, Physical Education. New Extracurricular Subjects: Astronomy, Advanced Potions, Advanced Herbology, Care of Magical Creatures, Divination, Ancient Runes, Arithmancy, Government, Psychology/Sociology, Magical Home Economics, Art
o General Changes to Hogwarts
§ No password to enter Headmaster’s office. Students should be able to visit the Headmaster to discuss their problems (school or personal related) without having to guess passwords or wait until someone comes out. Instead students should easily be allowed passage to the door to the offices to be able to knock and ask to enter
§ No house points. Either that or creation of personal records where when applying for a job, their potential employers can view them and see all the detentions you served and house points you lost/earned. This allows for actions to have actual consequences aside from losing/winning the house cup. Either way, house unity will be easier to achieve if there is less
competition between the houses
o Changes to Hogwarts Houses
§
o Changes to Education System
§ Bringing in some statistics, facts, and claims here. JK Rowling claims that Hogwarts has 1,000 students on average throughout
Harry's Hogwarts experience. This accounts for only the students who attend, meaning the new first years would just fill in the
space that the graduating class of the year before has left open. Based on the students mentioned, by name or otherwise, and
the supposed amount of students accounted for in Harry's year in Gryffindor alone, I can estimate there being only about 280
students in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. In Harry's dorm (his year, boys), there are only about 5 boys: Seamus
Finnegan, Neville Longbottom, Harry Potter, Dean Thomas, and Ron Weasley. There are three named girls in his year
(Lavender Brown, Hermione Granger, and Parvati Patil) and two unidentified female students in Harry's year. This gives us the
impression that there are an average of about 10 students per year, per house. That's roughly 70 students per house, and 280
in total at Hogwarts. Way below the claimed 1,000 students. And though it could just be explained away as JKR not mentioning
all the students by name (though one has to think 'details' when it comes to how many beds she described were in Harry's
dorm room, and wonder if she ever intended for there to actually be more), one has to remember how many staff members
there are in Hogwarts. We have the many house elves who cook, clean, and plain maintain the castle. There's Argus Filch as
caretaker, Albus Dumbledore as Headmaster, Irma Prince as Librarian, and Poppy Pomfrey as Matron/Nurse as
non(teaching)professors. And then the many, many professors that have come and gone for the various classes. But really
there are only 12 classes at Hogwarts and 1 professor per class. The average teacher to student ratio for public secondary
schools is about 26.8, or 27 students. This surprisingly works well for the estimation of 280 students at Hogwarts for 27x12 is
324, meaning if each professor had 27 students, there would actually be room for many more students to join in. But those
numbers would not work with 1,000 students for each professor would be spread thin taking care of all these students and
trying to keep track of them, let alone try and also be Head of House if you're Flitwick, McGonagall, Snape, or Sprout. Now if
Hogwarts really did want to house 1,000 students, which it has the room to do so, it would have to at least triple the amount of
professors it has, meaning three professors per subject. And that's without taking into account the new classes.
- Unbiased Employment
o Within the Ministry of Magic, selecting of new employees will have to change to avoid bias
§ A new branch of the Government is created for specifically this purpose. Everyone in this branch is held under oath to not make judgments based on blood status, species, and gender. Failure to do so will result in punishment ranging from loss of employment to loss of magic/imprisonment
§ The members of the first level of this branch are to separate resumes/records into different categories according to what job the applicant is applying for. Then members of the second level of this branch are separated themselves into groups for each category; they are given the categorically separated resumes/records to anonymously assess them accordingly. In the second level, each group will anonymously assess each resume/record to pick out the five best potential applicants for each new open position. The third level is not in this branch, but is essentially the Heads of each department; they are given the resumes/records of the top applicants and are responsible for choosing who they think is best for the job. Once the best is chosen, the Head gives the new applicant an interview to see if they are truly the right person for the job. If not, the second best of the five potentials is called in for an interview. This continues until a new employee is hired
